Common questions
Are the consoles tested before they are sold?
Yes. Every console is cleaned, powered on and tested with a game before it is listed. If it does not work properly, we do not sell it.
Do the consoles come with games?
No. Each console ships with an original controller, the power supply and AV cables. Games are sold separately.
What happens if my console arrives faulty?
Get in touch within 30 days and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including return postage.
Do you ship outside the UK?
We dispatch from the UK and ship across the UK as standard. For international orders, contact us before ordering and we will quote postage.
Are these original consoles or reproductions?
All original hardware. No clone consoles or reproductions, only authentic models from their original release era.
